Gratitude Box

  Gratitude Box”

Spiritual art for a soulful journey into your daily life.

Welcome to a journey into the spirit.

This is a special one off handmade altered art creation – a treasure box of                *Gratitude        *       abundance       *        blessings*

A daily journey for focusing on the blessings in your daily life.

If you’ve heard of The Secret or ever read Sarah Ban Breathnaught or seen Oprah, then you’ve probably come across Gratitude journals or Diaries.

Writing in a gratitude journal has created amazing transformation for millions of people.

This type of journaling helps you focus on all of the blessings in your life, and is also a great way to attract more of those good things to you. Appreciation of what you already have is essential in attracting more of what you want!!

Gratitude journals also help maintain a positive attitude, because you train your mind to focus on and acknowledge your blessings on a daily basis. When you consciously feel grateful for the abundance that exists in your life, you are bound to feel more love, joy and happiness all around you. This type of journaling is similar to writing in a diary, but one in which you focus on all of the things for which you are grateful each day. On some days, you may find it a challenge to focus on your blessings, but the more you write in your gratitude journal, the easier it will be to focus on the positive and reflect on the negative things in your life with more perspective.

And with all this in mind I have created a unique treasure box full of individually handcrafted tags .

Every tag in it’s self is a work of art.

I have created 16 tags for you to write your blessings, quotes, sayings and grateful thoughts on. I have hand stamped, embossed, glimmer misted, distressed,  - you name it I’ve used at least one technique on each tag. Papers and cardstock are beautiful quality and a lot of them are rare and discontinued treasures which I am sad to part with- but hope will be of joy and appreciated by their new owner.

The backs of each tag is also stamped and decorated- so there's plenty of room for you to write your musing, favourite quotes or just a simple word that expresses your feelings.

Within the box's lid is an instruction sheet , which makes it perfect to give as a gift to spiritually minded friends and family. Or someone who’s struggling with life and needs a positive pathway to happiness.

The box itself has also been altered with inspirational quotes and comes gift wrapped with beautiful organza ribbons and a thanks tag.

The box is 21x15 wide and 8.5cm high - plenty of room for you to add more treasures.

All 16 tags are 12cm by 8cm and made from quality acid free materials.

You can request a custom made journal or box just for you.

Keep an eye out for my next Gratitude creation!

Fairy blessings and joy to you on your journey and thank you for looking.

Clean out time - embellishment packs

Yup it's clean out time- embellishment packs galore.
Bit dejected after rude people ferreting through my lovely things at the Vasse market.
Was starting to get really irritated when they were all complaining about prices-
helloooooo $12.95 items for $2??? what the hey????? And lets not say anything about the $42 brand new rare sizzix die I was selling for less than half price!
So anyway ....thought I'de rather offer a few bits and bobs to the lovely people on ebay - who all appreciate a bargain and a bit of class!!!! tee hee!
Have been through the bargain baskets, my studio 'shop' collection and 50cent basket and made mega packs of stuff.
there's an ebay auction due tomorrow and another one in a couple of days as well as a buy it now in my store.

If any one wants any special theme's or colours that I dont have listed, please feel free to drop me a line- I'll try and help out the best I can.
I also have a tonne of christmas chipboard items
Any purchases or orders over $15 I will pay for the postage!!
hope your all having fun spring cleaning- or should i say autumn cleaning.
stock take times not far away arghhhhhh

Blue Butterfly gratitude journal

It's been REALLY quiet on the net, so I have used this downtime to get a fresh range of products ready to list.
Still on the gratitude journey I have created a different book again.
I loved the previous ones with the tags, but deceided to do one that was not too bulky this time.
So trusty clear stamps to the rescue- Kaiser crafts journalling blocks are perfect for this kind of book. I stamped them throughout each collaged page (the papers were from Grace taylor- Grants archival range).
I wanted to try out a different kind of tag holder so i found a lovely 2crafty chipboard corner swirl which I partly adhered so it could hold the tags.
Couldn't help but add a few more stamped butterflies-instead of just one colour ink I used a combination of blue and purple which were really pretty and cut the harshness of the image.
You can probably notice the shine on the butterflies?- thats glossy accents from Ranger as well as a tiny squirrel of kindy glitz.
The flowers were misted using crafty notions spray as well as glimmer mist for that lovely pearly sheen.
This album will be lucky to make it out of my collection- it could be a keeper?!

Rose frame

I know it's been a while since i started this frame- but finally in between orders- markets and calving cows i managed to finish it.
The flowers are gorgeous silk which i have jo sonja glittered and hot glued to the frame.
the frame was painted in pearl acrylic paint from jo sonja
then brushed with jo sonjas  gold paint to highlight the  crevices.
It was looking a bit plain so i brushed a cooler shade of gold over the top- using a versacolour ink pad. Then i figured to help it stick better I'd emboss it with stamp its holographic embossing powder.
I let the heat gun 'bubble' the paint in places to give it a real shabby chic look.
The overall look is very soft and pretty- I'm really pleased with the effect.

Jamies Baby Belly baby shower album

Oh this has been a lot of fun!!!
This album is based on a really cute clip art picture that the girls will be using as their theme and invitation.
Not so much about baby- more about the girls and their Belly dancing evening!
The brief was to match in with this theme and colours as well as adding a fair bit of bling!
Which of course is right up my alley!!!
I have hand stamped a lot throughout the book and them highlighted the design with lots of free hand swirls in kindy glitz.
There are lots and lots of distressed and stamped tags- I think about 40 in all for all the baby shower guests to write on their memories and journalling. Of course there's space for photo's to be inserted at later date
As an extra I also added 3 pages to slip out of the open ends of the bags.
The flowers have been all individually hand dyed/sprayed with a mix of crafty notions and glimmer mist. Jaffalicious orange and a white gold pearl one. As well as lots of rhinestones and kindy glitz spots!
Me hopes they like it!!!
