Wedding Seaside paper bag album- Chris and Sarah

This album has been so much fun and a challenge to make!
have you noticed how there are not actually many pretty papers and embellishments out there in the beach shell line??
So I made my own- with a scalloped shell design and some swirls- using bridal embossing powder over versa colour ink "sand beige" for a sparkly watermarked effected. Its slightly raised and pearl- very pretty.
I wanted this album to look weddingy but also to have the beach theme which the wedding is going to have, without being too over the top.
So I have used layers of pearl papers- so creamy and subtle- along with bazzills very lush range of "bling" card stock ,which is very shiny and has a sparkly lift to it. The corrugated cards also have a pearl finish and the patterned card stocks are silver foiled and almost look holographic. Very bridaL!
My biggest thrill was to use some handmade papers that came from a boutique studio in Tasmania, I've been waiting for the right project. With their textural flecks they look just like sand.
I must apologize for the quality of the photo's I know they arnt my best- but i needed to get these online and approved before i move onto the matching bridesmaids albums and tags and tag box.
But you'll get the general idea of what i have done!
fingers crossed its ok?
xxxx

The front cover is a mixture of layered matt bazzill pearl ivory paper, bazzill bling card stock, pearlized corrugated card and an amazing handmade paper from Tassie. I have hand stamped shells swirls and a heart logo in bridal embossing powder which is pearl but slightly glittery. The blue matt around the names is die cut from glitter card.
I've scattered a mix of flowers charms pearls and metal brads to pretty it up!

pearl corrugated card with a bit of bling- the opposite page has an extra flap with handmade beautiful paper. It hasnt shown up clearly but there is a shell and swirls hand stamped and embossed here too- very subtle. It gives it a real bridal feel

hiding under the flap

this pocket will have tags after the other albums are finished! The blue paper to the left is actually a pearl paper and has a pretty soft pearl sheen!!

close up of the handmade paper and starfish charm

flap opens to reveal big space for photos on top of the handmade paper

sneaky extra fold out area- on bling bazzill paper- what the photo hasnt shown up but it is sparkly and very pretty

close up of braid and the contrast between the pearl corrugated card- pearl cream ivory paper which i have embossed

close up of papers foilings, my handstamped and embossed logos.

Ooh bonus- extra flap!!In pretty pearl cream ivory paper- it has a beautiful pearl sheen

pretty organza ribbon is tied so you can slip photo underneath

the photo matt has a foiled almost holographic pattern in it- shiny and gorgeous- very bridal- there will be tags in here later after the brides maids albums are done

another extra flap with loads of paper texture and finishes that contrast- can you see in the bottom left hand corner the stamping with the added pearls and shell charm?

I've done layers of embossing patterns as well as handstamped and heat embossed my own swirl and shell design

here you can see the foiling a little more on the patterned paper- there will be tags for this photo pocket to come

even hidden under the flap i have added some stamped images and room for more photos or writing
Back of book with a glittery bling statement!
