Gratitude altered tag box-spiritual journey into the soul
I am so excited to introduce my latest creation.
It's taken 2 weeks of pain steaking work and now it's done and ready for sale
“ Gratitude Box” Spiritual art for a soulful journey into a happy and abundant daily life.
A journey into the spirit.This is a special one off handmade altered art creation – a treasure box of *Gratitude * abundance * blessings*
I have created a unique treasure box full of individually handcrafted tags, every tag in it’s self is a work of art. There are 16 tags to write blessings and grateful thoughts on. I have hand stamped, embossed, glimmer misted, distressed, added hanging charms - you name it. I’ve used at least one technique on each tag!! Papers and card stock are from my precious stash of rare and discontinued paper treasures, which I am sad to part with- but hope will be of joy and appreciated by their new owner.
The backs of each tag I left purposefully undecorated- for someone to add more inspirational thoughts-quotes, clipping- photo’s, sketches, musings anything they like that adds to their positive experiences.
I have also added a welcome/ instruction sheet within the box, which makes it perfect to give as a gift to spiritually minded friends and family. Or someone who’s struggling with life and needs a positive pathway to happiness.
The box itself has also been altered with inspirational quotes, stamped embossed and flowers pearls and rhinestones added. I even decorated the inside of the box and stamped the bottom .
The box is 11.5x7.5 wide and high and16cm long
All 16 tags are 12cm by 8cm plus ribbons and made from quality acid free materials.
It will come gift wrapped with beautiful organza ribbons and a thanks tag.

Just listed- wedding album & matching flirty purse card
Finally have completed my next ebay listing!!
I know about time too!!
A white paper bag album dressed in purple bazzill- kaisercraft patterned paper with hints of white and black bazzill cardstock.
I used a mixture of rub ons from the kaisercraft range and also bo bunny ones too.
There are a few chipboard bitz- some premade glittery ones and a key from 2crafty which I have versa coloured in black and then kindy glitz!
There are kaiser rhinestones and a couple of pockets with tags and one fold out page.
The ribbons on the spine are a mix of satin and organza. My favourite one is printed in black and gold flower patterns.
Have just discovered that if I use my my craft otto light over head when taking the photo's they photograph NEARLY as good as they look in the flesh. It's really hard to get a photo as good as the real thing!

custom made layouts
Thought I'd share a few pic's of some layouts I've just done for a lovely lady through eBay.
The brief was to create a modern family tree for a husband and wife along with a matching cover a couple of photo pages and a matching invite.Their wedding is to be in Morroco- so I was thinking arabic- rich golds and pretty patterns.
I used 2 crafty chipboard pieces which I inked with versacolour ink pads- then sprinkled on stamp-its gold embossing powder and blasted them with my heat gun! Oh and a bit of bronze crafty notions 'glimmer mist'
The rub ons are from prima and I used them to link the family tree together and also cut them up to jazz up the photo frames.
Papers- bazzill cardstock- matt gold cardstock stamp it kaisercraft pattern paper and misc shiny gold paper.
I'm sure she wont mind me sharing!

spring/summer clean canvas's
What is it with this time of the year?
every one i know seems to be having a clean out- me included.
During which I found the last of these blank mini canvas's which were so popular before christmas.
Still loving those 2crafty owls!
so thought I'de share the end product- just listing on ebay now.
cant believe they took nearly a whole day to do!!- bit peed off that between ebay and paypals fee's I wont make any money on these!

The secrets out!!!- NEW Gratitude Journal

Gratitude Journals
If you’ve heard of 'The Secret' Or ever read Sarah Ban Breathnaught or seen Oprah, then you’ve probably come across Gratitude journals or Diaries.
It's a type of journaling that helps you focus on all of the blessings in your life, and is also a great way to attract more of those good things to you. It gives you an appreciation of what you already have is essential in attracting more of what you want.
Gratitude journals also help maintain a positive attitude, because you train your mind to focus on and acknowledge your blessings on a daily basis.
This type of journaling is similar to writing in a diary, but one in which you focus on all of the things for which you are grateful each day.
On some days, I find it a challenge to focus on my blessings, but the more I write in my gratitude journal, the easier it is to focus on the positive and reflect on the negative things in my life with more perspective. It's great to go back over what you have written when you feel it hard to be inspired!
In addition to writing about the things I which I feel grateful for, I also include positive quotes or inspirational sayings that are meaningful to me within my books. I paste photos , sketches and anything visual that relates to my positive experiences. SO even if your not 'creative' you can easily express yourself and give out happy and positive energy into the universe.
It's been a lovely journey creating this piece. I have glimmer misted, distressed hand stamped, cuttlebug embossed and heat embossed nearly every page. The tags I am particularly proud of as they are a combination of lots of techniques and you all know how much i love vintage shabby chic and the distressed look!
