WOYWW#96 Spring Cleaning is scary!!!!

It's true- spring cleaning IS SCARY!!!
when you look at your "stash" and see just how much you have it's a little over awing.
It's even worse when you want to move it on and have to price and organize it all into a semblance of order!!!!
So this was my WOYWW- in between castrating calves and moving cows from paddock to paddock- i have been pricing stock and getting ready for my craft swap meet that I'm hosting.
I still have a couple of stalls left if any one in south west western Australia is interested???

It's starting to freak me out abit!!

THE MESSY CORNER!

Purple fever has hit the studio- an affliction which once started must be seen  through to the end!

Having finished the beautiful girl album ( on a previous blog posting), I still have so many more purple ideas in my mind!AND way TOO much paper and embellishments, which cant possibly be put back in their boxes- all must be used. That is my new rule!

So until I’ve satistied my purple obsession this week- that is what will be on my work desk this wednesday and week. In between the cows have now started calving  2 down about 398 to go.

Looking ever so tidy and a little bit organised I must say!!

Don’t let it fool you, every project starts the same way- it wont be long until you can not see the tables surface and the bits will have migrated to the top of the paper racks!!

Then probably the kitchen- then into the lounge room. All the floor space in between too.

really!!!

i am not joking!!!!!

So for anyone who has limited work space i have to tell you a secret......

there is never EVER enough space to work in!!LOL

WOYWW?- missing in action

Oops forgot a week or two???! 

Well it was Australia day last wednesday and I was busy at a market, then we had the threat of an impending cyclone - so I guess thats a good excuse? 

(all was ok- it never got here and just turned into a wicked storm for some- not us!!)

However these week no such luck- no public holiday just A LOT to do! Which is a good thing.

But now far north Queensland is now under threat from a catagory 5 cyclone thats 500km's wide and packing 300km per hour winds. So all our thoughts are going out to you all in QLD- stay safe!

So this weeks desk has graduated from the scrapbook studio out onto the kitchen table. I seem to have progressive projects all around the house. The round table has 2 paper bag albums on the go. My studio - well it's just a mess- there are the remains of some canvas and easels to finish- papers from an order  i just completed and a pile of stamps ready for cleaning.

Just to make my blog look pretty, thought I add a few pics of my studio 'display' corner units. Whenever somethings completed it gets put in the corner to admire until i feel i can let it go. And yes i know I still have to finish the unicorn/ pegasus painting in the corner!!

I haven't had much of a chance to check anyones else's desks over the past few weeks- sorry :-(

BUT I have organized my Mum an online blog ( Hi MUM!!!!) and rest assured she makes it through each and every one of you ever week- so i am updated on all your goings on's!!

What's in my work studio wednesday?

Fairies wont be playing with the cows today as its still raining!!! 

This is my scrapbook studio-The corner unit i use to display all my latest goodies before i 'let them go' for sale.

Here are the last of the affirmation easel canvas's that I just finished late last night. Today I'll be listing them on ebay - thats one of my jobs. Then onto a custom made 8x8 inch paper bag order which I am pretty excited about as it's PURPLE!!!

Printer has run out of ink and being an "older" style have ordered new cartridges which are taking forever to get here! bit limited coz i cant use it, to address packages etc that need to be sent. Funny how you dont know how much you use something till it's not there anymore??  :-(

Looking at this photo I think I'd better finish that unicorn painting i started over a year or 2 ago too... well maybe after  i restock my ebay shop ?

The too do list includes

*wedding cards- flirty purse style

* gratitude albums

* journals

* memorial album- i haven't done one of these for a while

oh and i have some half finished illustrations ready to be made into cards etc
