new papers from kaiser craft with a family tree design, I thought were perfect for a mini album
5 lunch bags- 10 pages in total 10x8 inches with 5 openings. Plus extra flaps and co-ordinated journaling spaces.
I have even left a space on the scroll for you to write in your family name!
There's the last of my bone coloured vintage braid- lots of tea dyed lace and my own dimensional magiced hand cut flowers on the cover and round embellishments throughout.
I've embossed all the photo matts (just over 6x4 inches to fit your standard photo's) and also lightly distressed them with gold ink to match the chipboard and pearl embellishments.
Not to mention all the gold covered twiddleybitz chip throughout
another bargain at $68 plus postage- I will be listing it in the next couple of days.

Magic moments.

Pink and green lunch bag album just finished late last night.
its about 9 inches long by 8 inches wide and FULL of value.
I've used a serious amount of cardstock and patterned paper, that I imported direct from the USA.
There's also vintage pink and green braid, flowers, daisy rhinestones and bling galore.
There's embossed photo matts, extra flaps AND a pocket with giant tags.
Along with LOTS of handmade clear acrylic tags of my own design.
there's 5 bags with openings for your ephemera so thats a total of 10 sides to this book.

$100 worth of value here and I'm offering it to you for $68 plus postage.


I will be listing this on ebay in the next day or so for $75 -to cover the extra fee's and commissions they all take!

'friendship' shadow box- pre ebay/etsy offer

Hot off the craft table!

"Friendship gives you wings to fly"

8x8 inch canvas turned into a shadow box with ribbon hanger.
You may recognize the illustration from my folio ( the image rights are for sale in my etsy shop at the moment!)
this is a little treasure trove- FULL of flowers rhinestones, rub ons AND of course twiddleybitz butterflies.
All of the surfaces are decorated- bar the back! all sides are full full full of flowers- I am tempted to keep this for myself!
It has lovely layers and is sealed with a clear acrylic face- as i hate dusting!
I also have another one with dimensional magic 'drying' which i will pop on here soon, so keep checking back regularly-its got a different quote etc as i never repeat a design.

Twiddleybitz DT Challenge

Hi everyone here's the latest Twiddleybitz DT challenge!
Your challenge is to make a project, be it card, LO, off the page or what ever you like but it must include 2 or more of the Twiddleybitz range and they must be used raw. Thats right no inking, painting, embossing just plain jane!
You have until 6th September (midnight) 2009.

'secret project' HOME SWEET HOME

This is a 'secret' project I did for Nic at Twiddleybitz a month or so back.
She sent me 2 kits of a new release chipboard kit "home sweet home"- 2 funky birds, flowers, tree canopy and swirly tree along with a cute house.

2 projects-
a. create a 12x12 layout using all the kit
b. create a canvas using the whole home sweet home kit as well as papers supplied by Aussie scrapsource

A bit bored with normal canvas's I took the opportunity to "flip" the canvas and use it as a shadow box.
The shadows of the layered chipboard looked pretty funky too!

It's now in release- so go grab yourself a kit and have fun!!!

Its a mdf kaisercraft skull album with 4 pieces- 8 sides

I used a mix of bazzill cardstock and Once upon a time pirate treasure map throughout.

Hand die cutting matching tags- distressing the edges with sandpaper and then inking and gold kindyglitzing to finish.

the Tim holtz chipboard was all inked with versacolour gold then embossed

there's also a few kaiser boy rub ons and a flap that opens up for hidden journalling or more photo's.

Could'nt help myself and added "treasure"- coins big rhinestones pearls and then sprinkled the wholes lot with embossing powder!

Fun with twiddleybitz butterfly albums

I've been having fun with Twiddleybitz butterfly albums!

these have been sitting on my shelf for a couple of weeks and I'm now ready to 'let them go'

After using the 2 pages from a clear album to make the Dt challenge card a couple of months ago, I thought I'de mix and match the remaining pages to make a different album.

I have shabby chic painted the chipboard butterfly page wings in a pretty pink with a hint of white. I’ve used lots of elegant rub ons and strips of an amazing ribbon that is made from  a very fine velvet with pink glitter, handstitched beads and rhinestones on it.                                            I’ve also used beautiful pink rhinestones scattered throughout and layered flower embellishments.

The rub on wordings include:

“The beautiful things in life”

“How do you measure the  important things in life?”

“You help me discover what is important.

Then all tied together with ribbons and fibers.

Just about to list it on ETSY- yes so fed up with ebay its been really really depressing and costing a fortune- so thought I'de try internationally! Wish me luck- fairylady needs some money!!
